These terms and conditions is for all those users who will be using this website as merchant, buyer or supplier. Use of ishop.com.np means acceptance of these terms

1. CUTOMER RIGHTS:

1.1 Any one is free to register or use this website with a valid email and true identification.
1.2. Customer, Visitors should not abuse or create nuisance. iShop reserves rights to admission and use.

2. RETURN:

Customers can request for refund within 2 days of delivery from their iShop login only if the order delivered is wrong and not as you ordered on the website. If you do not like an order in terms of quality, you can make return there and then to the delivery guy.

The Return is accepted only
2.1. if we sent wrong product or wrong size or wrong color against your order requirements
2.2. if the product sent was damaged,
2.3. if buyer has not used the product,
2.4. if buyer has kept all packing as it was sent during delivery.
Please note that the shipping charges won't be refunded on product return. The refund amount/ voucher will be given to customers respective iShop.com.np account. There will be NO refund in cash (Same like any departmental stores in Nepal).

3. NO RETURN:

There will be no return
3.1. if the product delivered to buyer was as specified by the buyer.
3.2. if the product has been used.
3.3. if they product has any damages, scratches, stain etc.
3.4. if the packages are not returned as they were shipped.

4. DELIVERY POLICY:

ISHOP claims to make delivery within 3-4 business days. However, the delivery will be made as soon as possible depending on delivery queues. The shipping preferences has to be chosen wisely to avoid any confusions or delay in shipping.

5. SECURITY POLICY:

5.1. iShop.com.np's e-commerce engine is updated time by time for application level security.
5.2. Payment mechanism is carried at Payment Provider's end and thus payment security is provided from your own payment partners.
5.3. Customer's Profile and password for iShop.com.np has to be kept safe by customers on their own. Maintaining a strong password and keeping their account safe from being stolen is completely customer's responsibility.
